I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dental office! From the moment you walk through the door, you can tell that the people here genuinely care about their patients. Finding a dental office where you feel comfortable, welcomed, heard, and cared for is so important, and this team truly goes above and beyond. Monica, the dental assistant, deserves so much recognition! ❤️ She brings such a caring, comforting energy to the office and makes the experience feel so much more personal. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about what they do, and Monica is one of those people. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help make such a difference. Dental visits can be intimidating for a lot of people, but having someone who treats you with compassion and makes you feel comfortable means more than words can explain. Heather, the office manager, is absolutely wonderful as well! She helps create such a welcoming atmosphere and makes you feel like you matter, rather than just feeling like another appointment on the schedule. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to the office do not go unnoticed. It takes a special person to help keep everything running smoothly while still making people feel valued, and Heather does an amazing job. And Dr. Zharkov deserves recognition for the care and dedication he brings to his patients.
